Terrible Service - Bad Attitude

I dealt with Trevor Dell - Portfolio Manager - VBS Risk Management and i was appalled with his terrible attitude.This was in a relation to credit application. I was dealt with condescendingly and patronized like a little child. The more i tried to explain my confusion the more Mr Trevor Dell tried to quiet me down by the tone of his voice.This is the type of service one expects from smaller banks with bad call center staff. I have been left feeling terribly disappointed and even more frustrated. Im sick and tired of bad service. <br> If FNB is reading this and you are going to contact me.
