Terrible service

Went to open a new account today at Constantia, Cape Town, branch. Waited 1h40 to be served. 5 desks but only 2 staff and occasionally 3. Could hear a lot of staff talking and laughing in the back room. Everyone waiting was commenting about the terrible service. There are notices to say the branch is closing shortly but that is still no excuse.
