Terrible service

I wish I can give you a minus rating. I have been banking with FNB for about 8 years now. And the last 5 months I have received the most horrible service ever. I am at the point where I just want to move my banking to a different bank. Stuck without option to draw MY money the I work for. I am so gatvol. and your consultants are not helpfull at all.
