Terrible service at FNB branch Pretoria

I went to fnb menlyn one day to get a new card and go from youth to student account. The guy told me he'll upgrade me and it'll cost me R12/month. I said cool thanks and he said the card will be delivered to me, I waited... The card never came, so thwn I had to reorder it, and they sent it to fnb irene where I collected, only to find out its a gold cheque account and they're charging me R109/month for this, I AM A STUDENT!!! I went to menly 3 times to downgrade to a student account where I signed papers and they said it'll take 2-3 working days, everytime I waited a week, and still wasn't downgraded. I went to Centurion ecopark to downgrade, signed papers, they said 2-3 working days, its been 2 weeks now. And I am still a gold member being charged R109/month. This issue has to be sorted out now! I am sick and tired of fnbs **** service, I am a student and can't afford this! Please downgrade me to an fnb student account for R12/month NOW!!!
