Terrible service at FNB

I would strongly advise to not use FNB as your business bank. For years I have been a FNB customer with no major issues. When I started my business the logical decision was then to use them as my business bank as well. This is where I went wrong. I called a friendly man piked up and help me. 5 minutes later all my details was capture. I though it was going good. This is where it ended. A day later I get a email to submit documents. I run around to get signatures and call several times (all of them 10 - 15 min calls )to find out what information they need. 3 days later I submit the documents. Two days later I get another email with more documents. I call to find out they are very busy 10 minus go by before I can speak to someone. The person got no idea what documents needs to be filled out and could not give me any advise. I submit the second batch of documents. Several calls later (even speaking to the manager which promise to call back in the next 30 min and then never call back). I get informed that my case is escalated (whatever that means to fnb I don't know). Now I just received another email with more documents I need to submit. This means another week will pass. PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH FNB SERVICE. MY ADVISE IS GO TO ANOTHER BANK.
