Terrible service and with no reply to emails, having to use my own airtime to call

Yesterday Phindile called to confirm that my R50 refund will be in by close of business yesterday since I logged it on the 23th of April 2025. False promise was made.

No refund till now and I'm tired of wasting my airtime to call you guys over a mess that was initially done by Lehlohonolo who was supposed to log the refund of R100 but she did R50 on the 11th of April 2025. No one is considering that ebucks number is not a toll free number and everytime I call, I'm being told to hold. I will be on the line for 30 minutes or more. Who is going to pay for my airtime?

It's over a month now and your service it's worse. I know after sending this email no one will call or respond.

Their service is horrible.
