Terrible service and unjust outcome of an application after I was provided incorrect documents addressed to a completely different individual and experienced several delayed responses to my e-mail attempts on redeeming the offer

I was approved for an overdraft increase on my Premier cheque account on the 29th of May. FNB shortly proceded to send me an overdraft increase quotation addressed to a completely different person (even though this particular address is the only active e-mail address associated with my account). I e-mailed them about this matter twice, only to receive a similar document to what I received on the 1st day, but with no acceptance signing section for myself and two witnesses such as the quote incorrectly addressed to the wrong individual had.

One of the e-mails that I sent to them while the quote was still valid and I was awaiting the correct documents or further instruction even stated: "I would just like to emphasise that I would like to accept this overdraft increase offer and do not want the 10 calendar day period to influence my redeeming of the offer". What's more is that I signed and manually annotated the document correctly addressed to me with the word "Accepted and the date" in the absence of a signing section.

The quote was due to expire on the 9th of June, I received an e-mail on the 8th stating: "Please be advised that your documents have been forwarded to the Premier Banking Credit Management desk for processing", and then (here comes the kicker) on the the 11th stating: "We regret to inform you that the quote sent to you on the 29 May 2018 has expired." I rep**** that same day to dispute the matter, and have been ignored on the matter since today.

Opted to reapply on the app today (grudgingly so as this implies another credit inquiry on my credit report), and was prompty declined.

Help me here. My income hasn't decreased (in fact, the contrary is true), and after this terrible service and another credit inquiry on my report, the matter is still not concluded!
