Terrible service and total brush off

So FNB as a bank for years have been loosing ground due to poor customer service and lack of understanding of their private wealth clientele . Is there anyone who can assist as the junior management in FNB customer services and assistance in these times really is lacking. I have had some of the worst feed back and the absolute brush off from the KZN management especially from their credit division. #terrible service in these times
