Terrible Service And Repair For Smart Device

<p>FNB Smart Device along with SSSCellular are a *******. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem with my SONY M4 AQUA which i have purchased through FNB and about a month ago the device stops working, when switching the phone on it shows the SONY logo and from there it keeps restarting and while restarting the phone gets very hot at the back. So i called FNB and the sent the phone to SSSCellular to assess the phone. I did mention to FNB that in December 2015 my front cover picked up a light crack. But about a month ago the phone started giving me problems as mention above.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the quote from SSSCellular they state the symtoms is a display problem crack in display. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my display it works fine thats why i never sent it in. But in the quote they want to replace a hole bunch of parts which dont make any sense why my phone wont boot past the SONY logo when switching it on. See attache quote. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did NOT send my phone in to get the screen (front cover - because its not BROKEN) repaired. I sent my phone in to get the SOFTWARE or HARDWARE issue as to why the phone WONT boot past the SONY LOGO. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now i try to contact SSSCellular the hole day and they are not taking my calls and my patience are wearing very very thin.</p>
