Terrible service and incompetence

My business account was deactivated few months back due to negative balance. I was advised to settle the balance and that account can be activated,and of which i did. I was told that it would take 5-7days to reactivate as i was chatting on the business suite with various agents. This was on the 5th/6th, even now they are still escalating after to many days that have gone by. Fnb service is very terrible,at the branch level where saying it is not possible to revive the acount and business suite say they escalated the matter. Its frustrating because there is no one who is really getting me what i want
