Terrible service and empty promises

Good day Peter,

I still have havent had any feedback from fnbs debt collection agency with regards to settling my account. All iv had is a phone call from a customer service agent, who promised that someone would contact me with regards to making payment arrangements. 3 weeks later, still nothing!

Normally it is the debt collection agent that does the chasing, but instead I'm doing the run around! It's like they dont want their money???

All I'm trying to do is to settle my last debt so I can start living... I'm trying to the right thing but fnb is make it so difficult for me:(.

Please assist me where you can Mr Peter and his amazing team.
