terrible service again

My Father have passed away and he had a credit balance in the account I have been trying to get this money paid out Filled in the forms at the branch on 02 Des 2021 I am phoning weekly and I also emailed them just no response when you phone you get transferred from one to another department just to get rid of you .I was currently holding on the phone for an hour Again no answer of the phones
