Terrible Service

I have been trying for weeks and called several times to downgrade my account type. Why is it such a mission? Your Private Client account type is not worth it, as I also bank with another bank, and have so many perks with them. With FNB is just a black card, no beneficial perks of being a private client. Why the delay and refusal to change my account type?
