Terrible Service

I visited First National Bank (FNB) to make a deposit ( i had coins so i had to go inside) in Sasolburg Town on 06/02/2023 around 14:00. I was told that the teller in on lunch i have to wait for her to come back. I went again on the 07/02/2023 and i was told the same reason that the teller to assist is on lunch. i waited for 20 minutes but while i waited another lady came who also needed the same service (she was told that the lady will be back in 7 minutes. she indicated that she had experienced this before. we then asked to see the manager who said that the other teller is sick. This kind of service is pathetic and it makes feel that i am not valued as a customer. they could have asked another person from other department to assist. this is very unacceptable. i find very strange that even the person who is asking "how can we help you has" has the odesity to even explain, and constantly checking the employee who is on lunch. they can do better to optimise the service instead of the customer having to wait as if i have nothing else to do.
