Terrible service
Highly disappointed with the level of customer service. I've been a look standing customer of FNB. I'm constantly getting calls stating that I'm one of the best customers and they want to offer me exclusive deals. However I've contacted the home loan department twice gor a rate review but have not gotten any communication thus far. So I guess when it doesn't benefit FNB they not interested.
