Terrible service
FnB has consultants who give the most terrible service ever , i am being questioned like i committed ****** for wanting service for which i pay them admin for . This consultant just hung up on me . you can speak 10 consultants and only 1 will assist the rest will put you frm pillar to post ,hung up etc

26 Nov 2020, 12:26you see what i mean , now i speak toNdivhowo who's manager is kabelo molefe , she assisted effeciently , but i had to speak to 9 incompitent consultants first . Strenghthen your HR please, train and dismiss those who do not want to be the to serve the customers of FNB,
