Terrible service

Fnb are the most useless bank. The call centres are ridiculous they send you from pillar to post with no assistance. I paid off a loan last may. The system says its paid but hasn't updated it. When you call no one can give the correct information. They let you talk and then transfer you. Before you know it, you are back at the same point after veins transfered 15 times. Incompetence at its best. What a horrible experience and my query still has not been resolved. When you go into the branch they give you the number to call. Absolutely ridiculous
