terrible service
The service at the fnb jacaranda Sentrum branch is sickening.one waits for over an our in a que to be served.There's consultant desks open with no one working.Eitger you recruit more or you teach your current service providers to to work more efficiently.This is by far the most terrible service I've experienced at fnb.
