Terrible Service

I app**** for my student loan at the Sandton branch in 2013 around January. I was assisted by an Indian lady there. She had advised me that the interest rate on it would be 9%. Further went on to say that i'd only pay off the interest over a year then the repayment would start soon after that. Firstly, the installments differed per month which I could not understand. After a year lapsed, they still deducted the interest and it had increased by a steep amount. I went back there and was told I cannot be assisted as the student loan department only assists telephonically which is also shady. I called them from that branch and spoke to a lady by the name of Lucracia/Letitia. I asked her to explain the interest rate to me and she failed to. I then asked her to resend my contract and my different repayment plans to choose from whether 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months according to what she told me. To this day she has not sent them through. As for the repayment plans, she did not send through so I emailed her back to ask for them again and she did not respond. FNB now is still debiting odd amounts that I have never agreed to. I went to the Southgate branch and no one could assist me.
