Terrible service

I am very upset of the service been on chat on app waiting for assistance almost an hour for them to put me through to law on call and when they put me the Sipho the lawyer doesnt even introduce himself has no manners and ontop he as my lawyer suppose to assist me with the issue instead just gives me blunt advise lile i pay every month to get help this is the second time i dont get assistance like im a valued customer with FNB for years and i get treated like this first i want to report this person and second please cancel my law on call because its useless to pay something that doesnt even serve you.
