Terrible service

I just had an interaction in the secure chat. All I wanted was help with getting dates that were not included in my last cycle of statements. The agent referred to the online banking system and ATM. I told them my cards were ****** and I apparently you need a computer to log into online banking. The whole interaction was terrible. Getting a statement shouldn’t be rocket science
