TERRIBLE Service

Fnb in Sandton city never disappoint with a terrible service. they look veeeey busy going up and down but you cannot tell what they are doing. there's many of them but still they are not efficient, am wondering if they are just employing people just to check a box for job creation,

I need a lousy 3 months bank state, all ATMs aren't working@; I went inside the bank thinking it ne efficient, I cannot believe I am still in the queue to get a bank statement.i am annoyed bcz I need to go back to work. I am employed like everyone in FNBs office
