Terrible service!

Terrible service! I have never banked with FNB and I have received numerous sms' from an attorney, which FNB has confirmed is their attorney, about a frozen business account I do not have. FNB cannot pick up that I have or ever had an account with them, and the attorneys are not answering their phones. FNB refuses to help even though they provided my details to the attorney!
