Terrible service

Absolutely awful service

I was approved for a debt consolidation and additional loan on the 31 January 2022. I was then told to email the supporting documents to ***. Which I did multiple times.

When I checked on the application today 02 February 2022, I was told that the application has expired because I did not follow up.

Over and above that, the consultants are extremely unhelpful, and no one knows what is going on.
