Terrible service

I am receiving a bad service from FNB Business, i did all they wanted me to do and i tried to make follow up but still no response. i sent email but still no update. They have deactivated our account, i did all follow the steps until today, its been months now, they promised to reactivate our account after submitted required documents and paid the arreas. They are wasting our time now, i need to know what is the delay because all needed is submitted. I need them to reactivate our account as they promised.
