Terrible service

I am so disappointed by the home loans department. Last month FNB debited twice from my Persal and bank I filled everything and sent all required however they did the same thing this month, the car dealership wants to repossess my car because of lack of funds.. I went to the branch and made a call to the home loans department and got a very very rude consultant that even hanged up the phone call on me to add to my frustrations. I would never recommend FNB very disappointed
