Terrible Service

Debit orders with FNB has been canceled on numerous occasions but debits keep running and when you request a refund you get different stories. One tells you the refund will be made within 10 days then a month later no refund then you get told they are investigating the matter after you gave them all the facts and proof. It's now 2 months later still no refund and FNB is not responding to any follow ups
