Terrible Service

Hi<br> <br> I have just had the most shocking service from FNB. For one they are not allowed to call you as they don't have access to outgoing calls or email you as they are not allowed to. But to sell you products they can call you. I would not suggest anyone having a credit card with them as they cannot process simple applications , each time you call you are given an excuse and empty promises. And to top that you are asked to call them back. What am I paying a service fee for ? As this is really not any service they are providing.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Shaakira
