Terrible service!

I enquired with FNB to open a joint savings account and i was told i would get a call from an 087 number. I waited for days but that call never came. i enquired again and i was left hanging again. No feedback whatsoever. i just tried again and the tellers we chat to on the app do not even respond. i am quite fed up with this. I bank with FNB and i have been loyal to them, i wanted to open the account specifically with them as it would be convenient. I expected better service from FNB. So much for "how can we help you"
