Terrible service

I opened business account in August got the card delivered to me and all and they sent me kyc documents which I completed and sent back on the 2nd of September and since then no one came back to me no email no sms nothing until I went to the branch and I was advised they still waiting for the completed kyc documents and I called and my issue was escalated according to them and I was given a tat of 5 days and still no feedback I've been calling fnb every second day only to be told the issue has been escalated and today they come back and say I must compete documents and send again ..what nonsense. Disappointed is an understatement 🤬
