Terrible Service

I am trying to switch a Revolving Loan debit order over from Fnb to Capitec in order for Fnb to deduct on my loan from Capitec Account.This is becoming a nightmare.Don’t you guys want your money????Do you have to inconvience your staff.Pathetic service.All I want is for you guys to debit from my Capitec account.This is terrible.
