Terrible service

I called 3 weeks regarding my revolving loan that is under legal, spoke to Richard I told him my loan is paid up, can they issue paid up letter, which he den advise to send account to be closed since then no respond from them account still open and starting to accumulated interest which is not fair, can FNB Legal Department sort this thing out, am tired of calling with no proper feedback, if don't forward call to incorrect department you hold as if you not using airtime
