Terrible service

Such a ridiculous bad service from the premier card delivery suite… On my student account I can arrange delivery on the app in 5 minutes On my premier which I pay significantly more money for, I must call the couriers myself (CDC couriers are terrible and not efficient). The premier suite can’t help you if you have any issues with the courier, I must phone 17 times to get my card delivered, not to mention FNB can’t even assist with putting you through to complaints department. honestly such a bad service which is why I’ve begun the move to discovery
