Terrible Service, 39 days and counting for a call back

I have money in PayPal which I cannot access without a call back from FNB. It sates on the website to expect a call in 2 days, Today is day 39 without any call, even after resending the request over 50 times. Great job FNB. Meanwhile there is no food in the house but why would a bank care about people. This is the absolute worst service i have ever received
