Terrible service

I have received a terrible service from FNB business account, they sent me sms that I must make payment to the account before they close the account, but when. I went to make deposit the next day the system refused the deposit, then I called them, they told me that they will send a request to reactivate the account, I must just wait for their call. They never activated our business account now I received sms that our NGO account is closed and they handed over our balance to the attorney. Very *********** service.
