Terrible service

Terrible service, have a revolving credit account which was moved to a revolving loan legal account due to an outstanding amount owed to the account, the overdue amount was paid months ago, spoke to Muzi from FNB service dept who advised this account has no outstanding amount and should have been moved from legal to the normal revolving account, he also advised that the revolving account collections can assist to have this fixed, I have tried numerous times to get this resolved telephonically to no avail numerous agents keep cutting the call, please get this resolved as a matter of urgency as this is affecting my itc as it still reflects outstanding so please get this fixed as well.
