Terrible service

they nagged me to upgrade and i did, told me about wonder bankers avaiable to me at all times which i pay for, its been over 6 months and i did not receive my credit card, i have resigned from my company and went to update my new email address and there is absolute no function, i then try to contact these bankers that i am privi to and still no assistance???
