Terrible Service!
I am so disgusted with the service I have received. I logged a ***** case 2 months ago!!!!!!!! I am still waiting for my funds to come back! I was told to cancel my cards and order new ones which I have done but why am I not getting my money back!!!! I have not authorized that funds to leave my account. I complained here before about this very same issue FNB tried to call me once which I missed as I was busy driving and no one called me back since!
I called a few times no one can give me an answer and they just push me thru to a different department always and I sit on hold for hours WHAT THE ****!!!!!!! I have the right mind to close my ****ing account you guys are useless!!!!!!!!

14 May 2021, 14:05I received a mail saying that someone will call me. I just missed the call and tried calling back I am now on hold.
I got a message saying you attempted to call me. You can't attempt ONE call then close the ticket!!!!!!!! the issue is not resolved.
I am also working from home and sometimes unfortunately I miss calls. So I need someone to call me back right now so that this can be resolved.
I am on hold now for 15minutes its ****ing ridiculous!
