Terrible service

I have been trying to open a business account online.

3 times I have sent my documents.

I have phoned the contact telephone number displayed in their email and I am told by the agent they dont have access to check the status.

I have emailed them numerous times to call me.

Its been a week now.

I opened a business account with capitec business and it was done in 24 hours.

It is sad that I have to lodge a complaint before I am helped
