Terrible service

I phoned fnb today needing assistance with a debit cancellation to my credit card, I don't know how many verifications I did with each and every consultant and not getting any help. I don't remember the guy I spoke to around 11:25 but he tried to advise me about my situation for future and transferred me to collections. Firstly the lady from the collections department took long to answer the phone, you could tell she was busy chatting, and after asking for my details she just transfered me back to credit card without assisting me. Nonhlanhla Mabuza from credit card did her best to assist and I'm greatful for her service. As for the other ladies I'm not happy. This is not the first time I call fnb and get bad service. Most of fnb call centre agents don't care about customers and the service they give. I'm even thinking of moving my service to another back because FNB gives the worst service.

I would like to give a compliment to the Card Division Manager (can't remember her name) who did respond to my query and she also advised me that she will forward the query to the collections Manager so that she/he could assist further and deal with the consultant who was not helpful, to date I have not received feedback from the Collection Department's Manager with regards to the rude consultant. It now makes sense as to why the consultant acted the way she did, probably because there is no accountability from the top.
