Terrible service
You won;t believe it if I can tell you that I'm still waiting for the adjustment on interest since last year.I ended up paying the whole balance stated by FNB while waiting for the adjustment.
FNB *** R 30 119.59 - This was the agreed amount to pay. R 32 259.04 - This was paid already over amount as can see above. R 9 398.87 - This was outstanding and paid up again. Feedback from FNB latest. Please note that as discussed, we will still perform an interest backdating on the account once the calculations has been resolved and we will give you a call to confirm futher details like banking details for a refund due and this will happen once we have resolved the calculations issue. Really Now!!! When will this end.
