Terrible service

<p>coungless complaints against this service provider or what ever they call themselves. How do they double debit you without consulting you? Unauthorized debits being put through. waiting in call ques for over 15 minutes to get through to someone who can't even assist you? After 20years of being with fnb I am considering going to a different provider due to this useless service.</p>
