Terrible service
I app**** for a personal loan and the website said theyll call me back. I got a call back and the person just said hello and dropped the call on me. Then i got a msg saying fnb tried contacting me. Hello and dropping the call is not trying to contact me. This is disgusting service. The person should be fired. Already terrible service from FNB imagine if i actually get approved.
