Terrible service

<p>I tried reducing my overdraft via internet banking it didnt work. I then called them they said I have to go to a branch. I went to the Parktown branch after waiting for more than 30 mins i was told that they are unable to reduce the overdraft because i have a payment arrangement. Really FNB ? is that the best you can do. I am not borrowing I want to pay back! </p>
