Terrible service

I went to withdraw money at a FNB atm at the Vineyard branch in Claremont, however the atm didn't dispense my cash. Although the branch was closed there was an employee there as they were busy with some renovations, I asked for his assistance and he put on the phone to client care from the phone outside the branch, however the call got cut and I couldn't use that phone again as it required a password. I then used my cellphone and the call kept getting cut, after 10 attempts I called the stop card number and eventually got through to a consultant who blatantly told me that she could not assist and that I needed to return to the branch the following day, seeing that the following day was Sunday and that branch was closed, she told me to visit any other Sunday trading branch. I then went to the canal walk branch this morning and was told that I needed to wait 30 days for a reconciliation to be done. I told her that the Vineyard branch was under renovation to my understanding and she didn't even offer to find out if this was the case but instead told me that there's nothing she can do and I will just have to wait the 30 days. Is this for real, such shocking service for one of the supposedly leading banks in the country. I'm appalled at the service I have received from FNB.
