TERRIBLE SERVICE

FNB unceremoniously deducted R558.00 from my account under the pretence of arrears even though I have paid my account. I am paying R150.00 for my device every month. When I called Premier banking they did not know about this transaction I was sent from Pillar to post . after two(2) hours on the phone the transaction was detected. Their phone system is terrible and its not user friendly . their attitude is against their motto (how can we help you). I need to know why they deducted this amount even though I have paid. they must change their motto to be (how can we frustrate you). I will cross over now to Standard Bank because it is not for the first time for me to experience this unbecoming situation

Reviewer Update
Instead of being redressed on this matter, I received a severe attack from a person who even refused to disclose his name. Bad service and instead of reporting FNB to you I am moving out of it now. Standard Bank had promised to call me on Monday for their packages. FNB used to be a good bank. They are now possessed with a demon of robbing their clients and arrogance. Their Client Service must close down.
