Terrible Service

You do an increase application online. Everything gets approved and you get sent a Limit Increase Pre Agreement Form. You sign it and email it back. You get no response and then have to call the call centre on a premium phone number that costs allot. To be put on hold and transferred from one department to the next. To eventaully be told, sorry we didnt get your signed pre-aggreement form. Please resend which i do to the consultants personal email address. Oh and the best part is that the service consultant says to me, did you also include your salary slips? I say to her, no why would I? There was nothing that said it was a requirement. The last time I did this online, it was seamless and no proof of income was requested.
