Terrible service
Logged a complaint last week Thursday regarding a ***** case that I logged on the 3rd of January. STILL no feedback. After logging the complaint I received numerous sms and emails saying someone will come back to me within 24-48 hours, what a joke. Im taking this to the Ombudsman as I have tried everything to get assistance from FNB! Thanks for nothing.

27 Jan 2021, 11:41Many thanks FNB for resolving my problem. The credit for the amount that was taken from my account was processed on the 11th of January already. Please accept my sincerest apologies for not seeing this. I would definitely recommend FNB to family and friends.
