Terrible service

I was appalled by the terrible service my fiance and I received. My partner had a salary protection insurance with Fnb to protect him that should he be retreched and that the insurance is ment to assist him. My partner recently got retrenched and had not received the insurance money from the bank salary protection. Fnb is giving him the run around and no feedback. The service is truly appalling.
