Terrible service

This bank has the wooooooorst customer service in the entire world . All the agent sound angry , demotivated and no passion whatsoever. All they do when they answer a call is “Let me transfer “ I got transferred 6 times with the last agent hanging up on me. This is absolutely pathetic .

I have a problem with my child’s youth account . There was an extra card that was added and charged a replacement fee that I never asked for . Whyyyu did you do that ? Why was another card added ? Please someone call me on my 079 number .
